At iikare, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Return period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in the original packaging
• Not be opened or used for hygiene reasons (for skincare or cosmetic products)
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
