Cosmetics & Beauty Products Return Policy
Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, all cosmetics, skincare and makeup products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetic products, including but not limited to:
- Skincare products
- Makeup
- Lip products
- Foundations
- Concealers
- Blushes
- Contours
- Powders
- Serums
- Creams
- Beauty masks
The only exceptions are:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
If your order qualifies for one of the exceptions above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.
Beauty devices and beauty accessories may be eligible for return only if they arrive damaged, defective or if the wrong item was shipped.
